Shipping & Returns

Dispatch

  • We aim to ship your order the same day on working days. However, sometimes this is not possible and delivery may take a little longer.
  • Packages are shipped via DHL with a Track & Trace code, so you can track your order.
  • The shipping costs for standard shipping within the Netherlands are €6.95. This contribution covers the processing and delivery of your order. For orders of €100 or more, shipping is free.

After placing an order, you will automatically receive a confirmation by e-mail. If your order is unexpectedly out of stock or there is another reason for delay, you will receive a message within 24 hours. Louvey Fashion only ships orders on working days.

If you have entered an incorrect address when placing the order and the package is returned or lost, you are responsible for the consequences. Check your address carefully before placing the order.

Returns

Is the item not quite what you expected? Too bad, but it can happen. Read below how to return your order and first check if it is eligible for return.

You can return within 14 days. Your order must be returned to us within that period. The return period starts on the day of receipt. Please note: returns that arrive after 14 days can no longer be processed.
Items must be unworn and with all original labels. Strong smelling items (such as perfume or sweat) or washed items will not be accepted for return.
Sale items discounted 50% or more cannot be returned. For other sale items, you will receive a credit note instead of a refund.

What should you do if you want to return your order?

  1. Complete the return form included with your shipment and include this form with your return shipment.
  2. The purchase amount excluding shipping costs will be refunded to the specified IBAN number within 14 days of receipt of your package.
  3. You can drop off your return shipment at a parcel point.

The return costs are at your own expense. We advise you to return your package with a Track & Trace code and to keep the shipping receipt until your return has been processed. Louvey Fashion cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of your return shipment.

When returning, we expect our items to be returned in undamaged and, if possible, original packaging. If an item arrives with damage or is incomplete, we will notify you by email of further steps.
